The Origins of our belief system are known to be based on Egypt and the Nine Aspects of Creation, namely:
Atum, Shu, Tefnut, Osiris, Isis, Seth & Nepthys. God The Father is also the same God Creator and Redeemer which we all observe. In the Egyptian Coptic language His Name is Ptah. This translates into Latin as Pater and into English as Father. If you consider the first three Aspects of Creation, Created by Ptah then you will find the key to it all. Atum = atom. Shu = Male Tefnut = Female These three may also be regarded as a scientific Trinity as per a molecule of ozone, where Atum is the single atom and the Shu-Tefnut, Male-Female combination form a molecule as well as representing the bond of Marriage. On Earth the "players" are Osiris and Isis. (The addition of Seth & Nepthys was seen to be a mistake at a later stage.) So the Earthly Marriage bond is now represented by Osiris-Isis only, and the Spiritual and Eternal non-biological Marriage bond is Shu-Tefnut. These Nine Aspects of Creation are still known as The Great Ennead or The Council of Nine, where God, Ptah is additionally represented as 0, being the Tenth and Perfect State of Godliness and Full Enlightenment. This also give us the modern 10 number Mathematical system, a slight advance on the Abacus. Incidentally this number 10 corresponds with the Planet IO which is next to Jupiter. (Some refer to IO as a Moon of Jupiter). Being next to Jupiter is thought of as being in the Company of God when represented as Jove or Jovian, and gives rise to the exclamation, "By Jove!" Hence Ptah, The Father, is shown as 0 and is also known to have Two Countenances, Angry and Fair, as in RA and RE. RA & RE come together to form what should be best described as a Rare individual. Either God Himself or any Person Who is One with God. Ptah ... always ... remains as the Supreme Being as it is only He Who is The Creator of us all. You may have come across the motto, "Per Ardua ad Astra", Through difficulties (arduous times) to the Stars. Here is another clue as the first three Aspects of Creation combine with one of the countenances of God, A-S-T-RA, or Atum Shu, Tefnut, RA. The other countenance of God is given in the French language where ASTRA (Star) is spelled ASTRE, Atum, Shu, Tefnut, RE. So you may see immediately that from the first three Aspects of Creation you have most of the picture. Both the material and biological construction of the Universe and its life-forms are covered by three atoms, two of which form a molecule and also represent the bond of Marriage. Other "divine" Aspects of God are also represented. His All-Seeing Eye is represented as the all-seeing eye of Horus, whilst His All-Knowing mind is represented by the deified aspect called Thot, indicating thought. These are the same All-Seeing and All-Knowing, ALL-Powerful aspects of God The Father's Persona that is written about in "The Word of God" otherwise known as ... The Bible. Creation is known to have occurred within an Infinite (boundless) and Eternal Sea of Energy known as The Nun which has, like God Himself, ... always ... existed, as such IS the Nature of an Eternal Being. This scientifically known fact is supported by, "The Conservation of Energy Principle" as the basic energy of The Sea of The Nun, The Waters of Creation, cannot be Created nor destroyed by man. Energy can only be dissipated back to the level at which is was before Creation took place within this Sea of Energy. After all, God had to live somewhere even ... before ... He Created The Universe. That you walk upon the solidified waters of energy of this planet is self-evident as God walks upon these waters too. So may His Son Jesus, originally known as Osiris. The word Jesu, comes from the French, J'ai su, which means I have known, in the recent historical tense. There is also J'avais su, I have known in the past historical tense. J'avais. Sounds a little like Yahweh, but then Yahweh is more Dutch/Germanic. The Three Wise Men, or Magi, of Christianity are also represented by the Three main Pyramids of Egypt, and the full layout of the Pyramids is a mirror image of the Constellation Orion. A mirror image of an image of God just as when YOU look at a mirror image of yourself, for we are Created in His image, that which He finds most pleasing. All that He asks is that you respect Him and live in peace protecting each other and his Creation and working to make it a better place. An Earthly Paradise ... as it was meant to be. |

For some reason this reminds me of the old country song where the gambler can see the bible in a deck of cards.
I know that I can see castles in the clouds. Has it occured to you that maybe you are imposing your preconceptions onto reality, instead of forming conceptions from reality? |

These preconceptions were preconceived a long time ago.
However it appears that they have never been applied properly. Christ was believed to have asked His Father to forgive them because they did not really know what they were doing. Killing the first born when God has Commanded not to kill anyone shows just how wrong they have been for a very long period of time, as this killing causes distress to other people as well. It also means that people have had very many more than one child because of the likelihood of their being killed by someone at some time. In order therefore to stop the killing it really require there to be less people born AND to take much better care of them and find a really proper use and proper work for them to do. And yet there is an ancient form of thinking that seems to think that people are there to sell things to or are simply expendable. Cutting the birth rate would put a halt to all of this confused thinking, fighting and killing, and instead of life being regarded as cheap, it would take on a new importance. This is the real nature of Good Shepherding, protecting people from each other and from themselves. It ALL requires careful organising. The "reality" it really not what it ... should ... be. Billions of sectarian existentialists "doing their own thing" and fighting with each other is not what I regard as a social Paradise. |

I say this because you self-proclaim that you are an "Absolute believer in One Supreme Being." This implies that you hold this view regardless of evidence. Quote:

Hello Light; whether you consider yourself a theist or not, I am certain that a religion based on ancient Egyptian gods is certainly non-Abrahamic. So, I'm going to move your, ah, rather unique post to our Non-Abrahamic Religious Philosophy forum; if you want to compare or relate your own ideas to Judaism/Christianity/Islam, this would be the right place.
You may be interested to know that we have an occasional poster, OJuice5001, who is a believer in the Greco-Roman pantheon (or elements thereof.) I'm sure the two of you might find comparing notes an interesting and fruitful exchange. Jobar, moderator. |
