Now notice that the [what is known as] "the great commision" is ordered by Matthew and compare that with the commision of Luke where Jesus said (after showed his wounds or stigmata): "AS I am, so I am sending you," . . . clearly suggesting that that is possible from first hand experience and Paul showed us that it was = prior to us by nature without the need to burn bible passages daily (and just let the temple burn on its own).

But, it may be the other way, what we think is odd may not be odd at all once it is agreed that the Church writers redacted and interpolated many writings of antiquity.
