Since Justin Martyr didn’t mention any of Paul’s writings then 1 Clement can perhaps be dated via an argument from silence. Note 1 Clement’s reference to Paul below;

Justin died approximately in the middle of the second century therefore 1 Clement (or the interpolation quoted above) was written sometime later.
