Is this in the context of the Greek word hegemon meaning "leader"?

Eg: In 478 Athens was made the Hegemon of the Delian League.

I'm a good girl, i've been studying.
...and who could the "leader" be...? :Cheeky:

I know that, I was trying to look intelligent. :Cheeky:

(But they do subdivide routing numbers within districts -- like banks in two different states in one Fed district will have routing numbers that vary at the third(?) digit.)

We all know that I'm the power behind the throne, even if I am irrelevant and annoying in most of my posts.

[Paranoid unserious joking theory] Teh ebal IIDBians are the shadow of what is to overthrow CF staff and reform it to our heathen ways.

Anyone who's familiar with the Historical period of 500-440 BC and the rise of the Athenian Empire, know that what began as an alliance to defend and reclaim the islands of Greece in the Agean from the Persians, later created a position for Athens (who was hegemon, or "leader" of this alliance) to fund and build a position of supremacy that lasted for centuries...

Does this not remind you of how IIDB operates as a leading force (or hegemon) to "reclaim" the justice and accountability of CF? [/Paranoid unserious joking theory]

CF has lost a lot of standards lately.
My guess is that rule against obscenity and vulgarity (3.2?) was invoked. While some leeway is given in MCO, most posts to CF are supposed to be kid-appropriate. The taste of semen must have been...a little too much? Vibrator threads OTOH are nearly always allowed.

So was I the ONLY one who thought immediately of creating a sock named Peter Wiggin and posting "ME! ME!"?
