Your assertions without evidence, by the way, were not "truth." They were your opinion.

Me preach at you? You asked for it.
--No, I didn't. Welcome to my ignore list. I specifically held back telling you {Edited}, though I really, really wanted to when I saw your nasty reply to my statement on here. I tried to let you know I wasn't feeling good so you'd stop preaching at me in the only place I can really discuss what I hate at CF with people who will at least try to understand me. You kept going. Good for you. Apparently Jesus is the only one you love. He can have you. Goodbye.
Wow. Such hypocrisy here! I suppose anyone who disagrees with you is a "self-righteous jerk." Maybe one day you will realize how juvenile you have been behaving. {Edited} Kindness goes a long way!

Well excuse me, now I'm responding to you.

Whats your point? I never said there is a problem with her post. I merely pointed out that if she comes in and makes an off-topic post about how hell does not exist, in a thread full of Christians, she should not be surprised if someone responds with disagreement.

If that's what happened, I'm in agreement. Christians certainly are going to be in disagreement with anyone stating there is no hell. Despite many people's belief that we believe in hell because we want there to be one, the truth is we believe it because it's what God's word teaches. Why would there be surprise because someone disagrees with someone else about the existence of hell?

Exactly. Thank you!

Actually, most Christians believe it because the bible says so and they have faith that the bible is the "word" of the god that they believe in.

I'm still waiting for evidence that the bible is in any way related to any god of some kind that may or may not exist.

Discussion of the doctrine of Hell, its Biblical support and its morality is completely off topic for this forum.

If you wish to discus the morality of Hell-belief, then we have a Moral Foundations And Principles forum for just such discussions.

If you wish to discus the Biblical support, or lack of it, of Hell doctrine then we have a Biblical Criticism And History forum for just such discussions.

If you wish to discus whether Hell-doctrine is compatible with a loving God, then we have an Existance of God forum for just such discussions.

However, in all cases, a much higher standard of behaviour will be expected. You will be expected to argue your points in a civilised manner, not at this level of playground squabbling.
