When they presented the two swords that were on hand, he did not say to them 'Sell them!' or 'Get rid of them!'. Quote:
Christ's followers have since went on to use their swords to hack off the arms, legs, and heads of countless hundreds of thousands in his name and in his memory, following his instruction. Think he is going to come back and reattach all of those hacked off limbs and severed heads, like he did with the High Priests servants ear? Don't hold your breath. . |

Whoever heard of a militant that scolds his followers for causing injuries to his enemies and then applies magic to the injury for a speedy recovery. Jesus was a mythological militant. |

He may not have been a militant in the NT, but he left his followers this instruction on his way out;
"Now ...He who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one." He did not instruct them to hide their new swords uselessly in a closet, and never use them. And use them they did, His followers took up their swords and hacked out a place in the world, 'in his name,' and in his memory, as he intended, when he issued the order. Only the 'Christian Nations' have now added to their swords, an arsenal of rifles, of tanks, of drones, and bombs. Getting everything all prepared for his return. |

We can clearly see the Jesus character is mad--mentally unstable But, it is not Jesus who is disturbed. It is the author who was mad. Matthew 5:39 KJV Quote:

This is a thought experiment (ala Einstein), meant to expand your mind to allow you to think "outside the box" for a moment. But I will rephrase the question: If a zealot were to reincarnate or otherwise travel to a future after the gospels were written, how would he react to the gospel tales? Onias |
