Default The Rapture and the airline industry

Will this rapture effect the airline industry? It does not seem to as yet,but

I do not fly because if the rapture whisks away the pilot.

What then do we do? Why would Jesus do this to us frequent flyers

If what you have posted truly represents your feelings, then I think you've lied about being an atheist. Then again, if you really are a Christian, why are you worried about airplanes in flight after the Rapture? Wouldn't you be taken up to heaven just like the rest of the believers? As an atheist, this does not concern me whatsoever.

I've known an awful lot of pilots, and I think the odds are pretty low that they would be 'whisked away' in any event . . .

What we should do is impress upon the airlines to always match up one christian to one atheist pilot in each plane. That way when the Rapture comes there will be someone left at the controls to land the plane.

This is important.

Ah, but what of all the suddenly unguided cars on the road? What of the service industry, from cutomer reps not answering the phones, to the fast food outlets? Seems the rapture will grind everything to a stop!

Am I concerned about it? Not really...

Amen! We'll finally have a christbot free world. Bring on the Rapture! Will Blonde be in charge of the soundtrack? Of course, with the exception of maybe the Secular Lifestyle forum it'll put this site out of commission.

You are forgetting that the number of True Christians [tm] is very small according to all the True Christians I have talked to. So not to worry.
