AiG claims here that it 'interviewed' several museum curators/scientists, and that they admitted that there were no transitionals. Out of context quotes? Didn't occur? I wonder what BS AiG pulled here. |

Niles Eldredge was so upset by the way he was misrepresented by Luther Sunderland that he spent part of his book "The Triumph of Evolution" setting the record straight. The Patterson incident was the one where a creationist was in a lecture given by Dr Patterson about systematics and taped the lecture and handed the tape over to Luther Sunderland, who publicised parts of it in the guise of a general talk about evolution. David Raup was also not talking about the lack of transitional series; he said that horse evolution was more complex than had been thought earlier and it was incorrect to think of the fossils as a linear set of ancestors and descendents.
http://www.holysmoke.org/icr7cult.htm Typical set of half-truths and downright untruths from a creationist ministry. |
