I just called his cell again, left another message... told him about tonight's tragedy and asked him to please just call me or email to say he's ok. I'm flipping out over the loss of this other IIDBer who I didn't know well, but Peter and I used to talk all the time, and became very close ... when he wasn't withdrawn.

I really need to know if Peter is ok, so if anyone hears from him, please say so.

Thank you Toto. I hope he is ok. He has so much to offer, and I always thought he was not only a very kind poster, but very fair in a world where fairness often is so lacking.

The world need more intelligent, kind, and fair-minded people like you Peter. If you are going through a hard time, I hope you reach out for what you need, and if you can't just now, try to fake it till you make it and let others help lift you up. The pendulem DOES swing to the other side. Take care and know that many, even strangers like me, do care about how you are doing.

No answer from cell, no answer from home...Peter, Peter, where hast thou gone? I'll keep trying, folks.

Someone has talked to Peter. He's alive and well.

Thanks for the update, Toto. Anything else besides his vitality?

I chatted with him briefly in AIM today... no news, though.
