Just because Christians may have used it doesn't make it Christian! The OT is not Christian, they just use it for their purposes. The didache is Jewish (albeit only a sect).

But this Anglican - (Christian?) is asserting strongly it is the first Christian document!

Is he correct or not?

Didache means teaching of the twelve. The twelve are the twelve tribes of Israel. The twelve disciples just represented the twelve tribes of Israel. Christianity is a spoilt Jewish kid in denial.
