Hola!
I think the Bible would mention if its most famous character took a wife. It does not. Most other biblical figures had a wife or more than one. Adan had Eve, Noah had Mrs. Noah, Abraham had Sarah, Moses had Zipporah, Ruth had Boaz, David Bathsheba, Solomon a bunch of wives, some pagan. Note, MOST of these women were famous. There are a lot of women in the Bible, although the Bible places them under the ones who could urinate standing up. I digress............................ IF Jesus was married, how could he have children (not that!)? All us humans were born into sin, would the kid be sinful? Then if the kid died and went to Heaven, would he be more favored among God's flock and Angels? If the child refused salvation, how could he go to Hell? That could serve as an example that none of God's children are above the law, not even Jehovah's grandbaby. Senor |
