Something just occured to me - isn't this claim similar (in its silliness) to be amazed about some kind of biological structure (take the flagellum...)?

The final result may be very unlikely, but only if you look at it before it happens! What happened, happened. The probability is 1 today. Almost every other religion which would have survived until today would be equally unlikely.

The answer to them is that were that the case their 'god' is one shitty story teller.
