That would have been Falwell being interviewed on "The 700 Club" with Robertson's enthusiastic agreement. Lovely fellows, they are. Of course, it wasn't just atheists he was blaming.

I think Falwell also said that the Army should round up all Wiccans and napalm them - but I might be mistaking him for another nuts Christian.

For some truly great information on evolutionary science, be sure to study the rest of their site. Verily, the greatest minds in science are all young earth creationists.

Jim Dobbins pissed them off, too, when he interviewed Hugh Ross, of Reasons to Believe. Actually, I see YEC'ers as a bigger enemy of Christianity / religious belief than atheists. They show just how stupid one can be if one adopts magical thinking and a tautological mindset. Non-literalists, such as Robertson and Ross, are embarrassed by them. Go AiG, go!
I see what you mean! That is hilarious! Go, AiG go! <singing> Be as retarded as you can be, at AiG! <end singing> :rolling:

YEC is definately an enemy to Christianity. Eventually, I think Christians will begin to realize how ridiculous and totally scientifically baseless their assertions are, then they will be very pissed (like I was and still am) at finding out they are being lied to!

Well, I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it was him.

I think Swaggert was the biggest fundie doofus in the 1980's. I still break into a laughing fit when I think about how he got caught at some sleazebag motel poking his weinie into a two-bit whore, and then tearfully confessed it to the world.

:crying: I have sinned!!!

What a dork.

Has Oral Roberts avoided all this stuff or something? My mother used to subscribe to him, my mother in law still does, my uncle was very senior in Christian broadcasting Network.

Not that it matters much, but I thought it was a blow-job. That's like a triple sin!

IS that I have sinned against you, or I have sinned all over your face? :rolling:

It might have been a BJ. But my statement still rings true... I didn't say which orifice he poked it into, now did I?

[What do you dislike the most about Pat Robertson, Jerry Fallwell, or both?[/QUOTE]

I CAN SEE YOUR LIPS MOVE
By New10

Pat Robertson and God are like ventriloquists
When God is sitting on Pat Robertson's lap Robertson plays the ventriloquist putting words into the mouth of his dummy, God. When Robertson is sitting on Gods lap God is the ventriloquist putting words into the mouth of his dummy Pat Robertson .The words of both dummies are, preposterous, and ridiculous.
