Any moment now, Darklighter, expect some variation of:


a- Just wait....if they keep digging they'll find evidence of god's glorious city,

or,


b- It's too long ago, everything has been eroded away ( in spite of the fact that ruins of far older cities still remain existent.)

or,

c- Archaeologists with an agenda to destroy the bible have misinterpreted what they found


or

d- God removed all the evidence to test our faith


Or, possibly....any combination of the 4!

No evidence of any of that, huh? Then I must have just dreamed reading about it in Wm Dever's Who Were the Early Israelites & Where Did They Come From? (or via: amazon.co.uk), in Baruch Halpern's The First Historians (or via: amazon.co.uk) and also his David's Secret Demons (or via: amazon.co.uk).

I had never thought of "conclusive" as a relative term before. You've taught me a new definition. How 'bout that!?
