Absolutely.

And, along with those deserving punishment, all of the innocent have to suffer, too.

Your god is, after all, the supreme sadist. He/she/it enjoys watching people suffer.

God long ago planned to create human beings and also create a hell for the vast majority of those human beings.

That's known as thinking ahead.

What evidence do you have that the "consensus" view of the the theologians and and saints of the early Church was not a hell of eternal, physical suffering. The sources I have seen claim that the consensus view was the opposite of what you claim. According to these sources, the views of Gergory of Nyssa and Origen were exceptions to this consensus. Do you have any evidence that this is not the case?
