It's not "Atheists vs. Theists" since many thiests and atheists are, on average, about the same. Rather it's "Abrahamics vs. everyone else," since it's only the abrahamic religions that carry the traits that might influence these things.

With that in mind...

Who's more humble depends on whether your abrahamic is manic "I'm made in the image of the almigthy God!" or depressed "I'm a worthless sinner who is dependent on God's grace to save me." Although, even when they're in their depressed stages, Abrahamics tend to develop a certain self righteousness - "At least I'm a forgiven worthless sinner" - that negates any humility they might display in that stage. So, non-abrahamics are more humble.

Abrahamics, with all their ridiculous rules about sex, definitely have more morals than everyone else. Of course, more in this case does not mean better.

Tolerance? Read Deuteronomy 13 - if you still need to ask who's more tolerant, you might be a moron.

Bigoted: The abrahamics, of course. It's easy to be bigoted when you bible gives the death penalty for a wide range of perfectly normal behaviors.

Self-righteousness: The abrahamics, by several orders of magnitude. No one else thinks they're on a divine mission from God to spread the Truth™ to all peoples, and no one else thinks that everyone whould do everything their God says they should do just because they say so (the God or the theist, I've heard both).

Hypocrisy: The abrahamics - what better way to be a hypocrite than to believe that the same punishment that applies to everyone else doesn't apply to you? (Yeah, I know you didn't ask, but...)

The difference between an Atheist and a Theist isn't one side is a bunch of Assholes and the other side isn't. The difference is one side knows there a bunch of assholes and the other side doesn't. Let the FLaming toilet paper FLY!
