The recent Nestorian rule (announced only obscurely in my tracking thread that I am aware of) shows that even later definitions are definitely being applied. And Docetism would certainly qualify. I suppose since it was attributed to the gnostics you could argue it was not technically a Christian heresy, but it would be a heretical view of Christ that was pretty early.

I think Tonks had a list floating around that he could probably post here.

Wait... NESTORIANISM is banned?

So, like, is there anyone left in the Baptist forum?

The vast majority of the Baptists at CF identify as "fundamentalist" and "Bible-believing", and a lot of those are Nestorians.

Quick sanity check: See how many object to the use of the title theotokos. They're all Nestorians.

Bah, that's not a language, it's vulgar latin with a touch of arabic and visigoth. The first spanish books were actually supposed to be direct translations of latin, but the scribes were too drunk to do it correctly. :Cheeky:

Yeah, you're probably right. Stupid homologous languages.

Space Cat is so far ahead of you that he's looking over your shoulder from behind, 'cause he has transited the universe already.

Space Cat is quick that way.
