jesus never pulled punches or minced words. when he saw something wrong he was always forceful in his condemnation.

and come on, you're awfully sensitive about someone saying "duh," don't you think? it's not like i told you you had to get on a train to siberia to freeze to death for your beliefs like stalin did to christians in the great atheist state of ussr.

As I said earlier, I expected more of someone with 5,000 plus posts. "Duh" is what twelve-year-olds say.

you should do a little reading on the "love" atheist regimes like the communists and nazis showed their god-fearing subjects before mocking christian morality.

You still don't get it GunnerJ, how can I MAKE you look bad? If you have the christian character you claim to have, it's just not possible is it? The point is, whether your words are whispered under your breath or pasted on a 60 foot billboard, they mean something. Their meaning doesn't change if you said nothing wrong in the first place, correct?

I suppose next you will say that I took it out of context.

i'm not sure what "duh" means besides "isn't it obvious?" you're kind of making a big deal out of nothing, man.

well, the context wasn't in large font.

i don't think that term means what you think it does. none of those statements were part of a strawman. i said that no one said "duh" in the first century, that atheists seem unusually prickly and angry, and that atheist regimes oppressed faith. these aren't parts of a simplified or watered-down version of a real position held by atheists being propped up to be easily debunked so i'm not sure what you mean. i though atheists prided themselves, if nothing else, on logic?

You're just not getting it, so I'll drop it. I don't want to keep beating a dead horse.

Strawman 1: After asking "which tomb" you responded with a "duh." Upon being called on that comment you responded:

So, not only are you feeling persecuted, but any Atheist who calls you on a poor choice of words is "angry." It's easy to beat down an "angry Atheist" isn't it?

Strawman 2: Nice shift from my point. Now I'm being accused of not knowing that "duh" wasn't used by Christ.

Strawman 3: Upon calling you on your "duh" comment, you replied with: Now, I'm an angry Atheist once again. What an easy mark, huh?

Strawman 4 (and non-sequitur and poisioning the well for good measure): Now, completely off-topic, you compare Atheists (me in the case) to nazis and communists, and further the incorrect notion that I know nothing about the topics of communists or Nazis. And nowhere did I "mock" christian morality (since that is a topic for another thread).

For your information, I have never been "angry" with you. I'm not an "angry" Atheist, and I'm neither a Nazi nor a Communist.
