Why do you believe in God? And why?
I've always wondered where those laws of Physics came from.

Possibly from a God who never revealed himself to anyone in a book. Any deist will tell you that.

Yes, we know how in-organic matter became organic and started replicating itself.
Really? Perhaps you will show me a demonstration sometime...

Also, we know what happened 'right back to a fraction of a second after the Big bang' - means you seem to admit that we are as yet totally dumbfounded on the idea of how the big bang got started. Hence, perhaps God might have been necessary at that point?

This is why there is still some basis for going back to "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth."

(Just tossed that in to stay on the 'biblical' topic...)

Well that is a given because the eight ball must exist before you can be behind it.

But he still is necessary and every bang is still big.
those who see this take off their shoes --
the rest just sit around and pick berries.

Gosh, it sounds like you have everything pretty much wrapped up.

When do the labs start closing down?

OK, the moderator is here, which other forum will be blessed with this mess? We always pick on GRD. But I think this concerns the Existence of God(s), and there just happens to be a forum devoted to that conundrum.

Fasten your seatbelts. . .

And the Bible is the absolute Word of God, so hey, it can't be wrong. Why can't it be wrong?

God is never "necessary" for anything. The idea doesn't even explain anything well at all, you can't even look at any evidence for it. All the Bible says is "God did it", from the very first verse, and it offers no evidence.
