I presume poofing here has a different meaning

Enough nastiness. This is the only warning.

The fact that they use some of the same arguments doesn't necessarily make them creationists. But you of course can never admit that you are narrow minded.
They are certainly not scientists, however.

Or, to be more specific: it is quite evident that they have no scientific expertise in any relevant field.

All of the claims on their front page are bogus. If they have genuine scientific evidence: why hide it elswhere on their site behind a screen of falsehoods?

I just wrote Mr. Pogge an email asking for his position. Hopefully, he'll reply and clarify.

Actually Roland that was a joke, not aimed at anyone in particular. There is certainly no nastiness.

Have you read their biogs? I note that on R.David Pogge's one it says:

At the time he was also producing a weekly religious radio broadcast, The Word With Us, that took about 10 hours per week to produce. (The Word With Us aired on KZIQ from 1979 through 1984.).

Religion is not mentioned in Andrew S. Ritchie, P.E.'s biog.

If I was wrong I will freely admit it, but it will detract nothing at all from their arguments.

I meant it in the second context;

Used to indicate a sudden vanishing: The magician waved a wand, and poof! The birds disappeared!

It's a shame one can't say "the wizard gaily poofed the birds away in a cloud of smoke" anymore

I knew exactly what you meant and I'm sorry that I couldn't resist it!
Take me away to the insanitarium.
I am allowed to say that aren't I, or is anyone here actually mad?

true, their arguments are already bogus. that they are creationists would not show that their arguments are any more bogus.
