I once had PI memorized to a hundred decimal places as a cheap parlor trick.

However, PI = 3.14 for a cirlce. PI = 4 for a square.

No mystery. PI is purely arbitrary.

because a four sided object is a square... it's center expands in four directions.

a circle expands in infinite amounts of directions... this ability is represented by pi.

i'm only translating pi... to fit a modern language, and numerology.

How do you get from

3.14159265358979323846

to

magic points
god
for
one sign
end to evil
belief trinity sign crazy beginning
luck ends magic too trinity truth from life

decimal point = points
1 = god, one
2 = to, too
3 = magic, trinity
4 = for, from
5 = sign, belief
6 = evil, life
7 = luck
9 = end, ends, beginning
8 = crazy,truth

Sounds to me like you make any arbitrary number mean just about anything you want. Law of fives.

yes... you've found the structure to an extent. the actual structure is thus...

0=infinity, nothing
1=god, one
2=to, too
3=trinity, magic
4=for, from
5=sign, belief
6=evil, life
7=luck, probability
8=craziness, truth
9=the end, the beginning

but can you argue with the representations of each number? if so, how?

I can't "argue" with them, they're completely arbitrary.

If you put a bunch of vague new-agey words together randomly and interpolate the connections, you'll get a (quelle surprise) vague new-agey sentence.

i suggest you prove that this is arbitrary, by providing an example of a possible interpretation that avoids such ultimate truths of the universe, yet remains relevant to known numerology.

No offence intended, but...
For reasons sake can we keep non philosophy items out of Philosophy or at least divide philosophy up into categories. If this has a serious philosophical point to make, at least posit what you wish to convey in a more cogent manner.

  1. There is no such thing as "known numerology".
  2. The sentence "magic points god for one sign end to evil belief trinity sign crazy beginning luck ends magic too trinity truth from life" is not an ultimate truth of the universe; it is a mishmash of new-agey buzzwords.

you seem to like the word "new age"... were you ever called "new age" once?

is this significant?

in my opinion all human language is significant.

what you are implying goes against the idea of evolution and human endeavor.

also, of course there's "known numerology"... get real, all those numbers in the bible? all those "numerology readings"?
what are they, if not "known"?
