Its a miracle! no explanation required, no explaination possible! YHWH did it! and if YHWH did do it, wouldn't that really be a miracle?

Not surprisingly you totally missed the point of the evidence provided.

They are relevant, and simply dismissing them out of hand FOR NO REASON and providing NO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE of your own for your own explanation is very telling: it shows your position lacks any credibility whatsoever.

The fact that the K-Ar dates of the islands MATCH the dates that we would predict if plate movement was the same is what is significant here. This would NOT be the case if the plates moved more rapidly. My post demonstrated via two INDEPENDENTLY DERIVED data sets that your claim is false. Sadly, it appears you only gave it a cursory reading and/or don't even understand my post, which is typical creationist ignorance.

Stowaways, perhaps? Maybe they disguised themselves as animals...

Hey Captain Noah, I'm Mr. Bear God told me to come see you about getting on the arky arky.

Roar! Noah I'm a tiger! God sent me too, but please don't put me in a cage with the other tigers!

E-eHaw! I'm a donkey, Captain Noah! You'll hear more from me in Numbers 22.

Hey dude, I'm a turtle someday they'll name an artist after me, who will paint a ceiling in a church!

I'm a stork Noah, I'll be handy when you have to kick-start the population of the earth after the flood!

This guy got busted trying to stowaway and got booted off the ark. Noah knew that his kind had been extinct for eons and eons and eons... [plus he kept singing fucked up songs and changing the lyrics!]

hmmmm, okay I'll buy that, sounds somewhat logical.

Noah has three sons, [providing he has already begot them when he is 500 yo.] who help him build the ark plus keep all the animals that have gathered.
Unless the animals packed their own lunch some how they had to be fed.

How many animals were there again? My rough guess would be 5 million...

Noah and his sons would also have to build some place to keep all these animals, like a zoo or something, to keep them alive, according to Genesis 6:20, until the big day that everyone and everything boards the ark according to Genesis 7:13-16.

Now the people all getting on the ark, on that very day, I can buy, but all those animals? [you do the math of how many per second it would take to get the animals on board the ark]
While the flood has already started? With everyone else in panic trying to get on board?

No. ah..

Genesis should start with "Once upon a time..." so that the Bible fits into it's proper literary genre...
Please re-read Genesis and you will find your ideas to be in error.

You state it took 5 million animals.
The Bible does not state that.

You state that 5 million animals had one day to get on the ark.
The Bible does not state that either. It just says that as the animals came to Noah that they went into the ark and after seven days the flood came. So it may have been weeks to get all the animals on the ark or even months and then once the animals were all on it was seven days before the flood came.

Care to take another stab at it?

Still waiting for you TonyN. This series of questions is not going away.

From RED DAVE:
Quote:
Perhaps you could confine yourself to:

(1) documenting a gap in Egyptian history in and around Bishop Ussher's date;

(2) documenting the death of approximately 2 million Egyptians during that gap;

(3) documenting the total collapse of Egyptian culture during that gap;

(4) documenting the slow, painful revival of Egypt from a devastation worse than anything we can imagine: total and complete destruction of population, economy and culture.

And added by Barefoot Bree

(5) documenting just HOW Noah's descendents could have recreated Egyptian culture in such perfect continuity of its past; language, writing, clothing, architecture, religion*, etc, when the entire civilisation (except the buildings) was washed away. What was their source material?

(6) * explaining why Noah's immediate descendents, after having just survived the absolutely clearest demonstration of their God's wrath and power imaginable, if not first hand then through the undoubted bone-chilling stories passed down from their elders who did, decided to turn their backs on said God, risk his wrath again, and revive the Egyptian pantheon instead.

Depending on how you define species, Noah would have had to manage between 3 and 5 million species. And either 2 or 7 of each, so, at least 6 million animals aboard or maximum 35 million.

Absurd!

Remember, they were on a magic boat. Once you accept the magic boat, you are free to invoke as much magic as desired to make sense of it all.
