"I am a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city (Jerusalem) educated under Gamaliel, strictly according to the law of our fathers, being zealous for God just as you all are today."

As above, so below. There is both a spiritual (or psychological) and an earthly Jersusalem

OK, not impossible but 'educated under Gamaliel' stands for something on its own and that is religious piety based on the elevations of our innate virtues. We call them the Cardinal virtues (Wisdom, Courage, Temperance, Faith, Hope and Charity with Justice in the middle as if they were the colours of the rainbow that holds a promise only if all is there.
