Question If you still think the Bible is flawless, I invite you to look at these Bible Verses

Interesting Bible Verses (for your information)

This maybe a long list to some readers. But if I break them up into groups of 2-3 and post them up separately, it would mean hundreds of new postings. (not sure if the owner of this forum would like that).

The orginal posting is done by Mr. Donald Morgan at
list

Readers of this forum can choose whichever ones they find interesting for further discussions.

{Just follow the link above to find them.}

Thumbs down

seeker of truth (not),
I didn`t even need to open a bible to see that you have missunderstood and misquoted many scriptures in there contexts.

so , as a result I never went much further than this note of yours:
(Note 1: Every word of God cannot prove true if God deceives anyone at all; the Bible cannot be trusted if the scribes falsify the word)

so as a truthseeker myself I would have to reject your whole doctrine on this statment as your document is falsified to prove your argument ( definitly not a trait of a truthseeker ). there for on your own grounds if you try to desieve , then you have not the truth and either you don`t understand the bible at all or you are purpisly trying to decieve the ignorant and there for are not a seeker of truth but lies.

I`m not claming the authentisity of the bible , just that you obviously don`t understand it or (as it seems ) you do understand it but you don`t care that you have used so many scriptures that are not even in context so long as it looks good for your argument ( again not the traits of a seeker of truth but deseption).

so, what is it , do you realy believe this stuff or you are just using it to scare the ignorant.

hears the only example that I will give as it would take forever to go throu the scriptures and show you how out of context thay are used ( as I think you already now).
Tell me is there something particulare were the bible makes a real mistake. I would be interested in that but leave the propaganda out.

quote :seekar of truth
----------------------------------------
GE 4:4-5 God prefers Abel's offering and has no regard for Cain's.
2CH 19:7, AC 10:34, RO 2:11 God shows no partiality. He treats all alike.

------------------------------------------

considering god recieved abels offering which was the first fruit of his belongings and he gave the best of what he had to god with all of his heart. god receaved this gladdly but cain only gave of what seems to be not the best or first fruit of his belongings and he was reluctant in that and didnt give it with all of his heart and in doing so it wasn`t recieved by god in the same way as abel so He became jealeous and killed his brother and then god came putting him on the spot by asking his were abouts even though he new as he states after that his blood is crying to him and goes on to say that if cain would have done good and not evil (jealousy, envy and covertiousness not to mention murder of a brother)then wouldn`t god have shown favour on cain also.

god is no respector of persons but he is a respector of those that do good and anyone on earth can achieve this , it`s not just for gods favorites but rather the way of gods favour and any man can attain to that favor without biase from god.
I didn`t open a bible for this and am not claming that the bible is authentic but I`m clamming that you have clammed so much garbage that you couldn`t possably be seriously searching for the truth or you would have read some of this before just pasted it from were ever or you did put it together, which means you now the book and are purposly trying to desieve with it.

Truthseekar,

Those garbage are Bible verses. Maybe you do need to open the Bible and confirm that.

When you said there are ignorants in this forum, you certaintly sound very much like God Himself; speaking with such authority.

Maybe God did a miracle and turn you into Him ?

If that is the case, the owner of this forum would surely be pleased to know that he has God himself visiting his forum !

Maybe if you open the Bible and read more, God would inspire you to make some intelligent comments.

Dear seakerofthetruthandtruthseeker

Fordogssakewouldoneofyoupleasechangeyournickname!! !!

To both of you have you read "Ken's Guide to tht Bible" by ken Smith? It is worth the price and a great and interestiong read. I havn't read all the scriptures listed above and doubt that I will find the time to do so. All I know is that there are enough controversial passages that I find the entire book suspect. Alsom, what's up with the idea that many xians use that they jump all over the freakin' bible to prove a point? The start with a quote from Luke (NT) and to prove it is true they grab some totally unrelated quote from Job (OT) then badk to the NT for a few words from Revolting er..I mean Revelations and then it is off again to Exodus or Judges to grab a scrap of explanatory stuff or a bit of prophecy that only they can understand. What's up with that?

Truthseekar (His spelling, not mine) is a perfect example of superstition thriving where intellect is absent. Keep shearing those sheep, sheep.

BeachBum,

The xian bit certainly reminds me of some of the Christians I have met.

Thanks for your recommendation too.

the article in the SecWeb lib that lists
these....

If yoiu read the FAQ it will explain how
to do all this stuff. But here's on way:
I just navigate to the article in the
library. Then in the "location" bar of
the browser (this will hold the URL location
of the article) right click and select
"copy".

Then when you are posting a message to the
board, right click in the text window and
select "paste". There are ways to make
the link name more descriptive, rather
than just the URL, and those are explained
in the FAQ.
