What do you know? I scored a 37!
Of course, it wasn't that hard. I just gave the most inhumane and cruel response to any question asked... |

Man, only 32 for me. I suck. I must admit, I know more about Xian theology than the Bible - go figure...

I had a "thrilling" debate with my Christian Education teacher about the cruelty of God recently. I likened God to Hitler, in that if you don't do what He says or you don't believe in His actions then you suffer a very painful, burning (eternal) death.
My teacher's reply freaked me out, to say the least. "No, I think of God more as a lifeboat on the Titanic..." I asked him if he meant that God was hard to attain unless you shove aside women and children. He told me bluntly, no. I asked him if he meant, then, if there wasn't enough God to go around to save everyone. Again, I got a stern "NO". "Then what do you mean?" "I mean that God is ready and waiting to save those on a sinking ship. You just have to realise you're on a sinking ship, and jump aboard." "Not without shoving aside women and children sir." "Detention." That's the end of my little spiel, hope you enjoyed the truly enthralling nature of my CE teacher as much as I did. |

I guess your teacher was asleep in class when his teacher in school told him that there was only enough lifeboats for half the ship.

Justus,
Let's not dig into this issue too deeply now. |
