Amos123, you are wasting valuable space on this board with your airheaded posts. No one cares or even "gets" your posts, not even Christians. Stop making a fool of yourself.

Thanks critical, I thought I was the only one who thought his arguement made absolutly no sense.

We are talking original sin and I show you how it was that Jesus was free from original sin and you don't get it. Therefore critical thinking concludes that I am the dumb one. My suggestion to you is don't read my post. |

It's certainly a lot more complex (and bizarre) than many Christians would like to admit. I get the impression they just haven't thought it through.
For instance, it appears to be some sort of contaminant, like a black pus. It causes accelerated mutation (according to the creationists), disease, and death. It can be passed from parent to child, and has contaminated all of nature since the Fall. Some of the early Christian cults believed it was what makes human feces dark, and you could reduce your sin level by eating white foods. It certainly is NOT just "disobedience of God". |

I found this anti-tract which is very relevant to this discussion. It points out many of the sins and hypocricies of the supposed man without sin.
edited because UBB is a pain in the arse. [This message has been edited by wonderbread (edited May 12, 2001).] |
