Default Crossmap between Eng bible verses & LXX

In the process of working on my Pauline Corpus project, I had a hard time with differences in verse numbering, especially because many of the crossmaps in Bibleworks are incorrect. What is even more frustrating is that Brenton numbered chapters & verses according to the English numbering system, while Alfred Rahlfs' edition of the Greek Septuagint (LXX) uses a different numbering system.

Is there a web site or even a printed book that provides tables of numbering systems? It seems that different web sites attempt to renumber original language ch/vss into ones that conform to the KJV and most English versions.

Here is a list of those with differing numbering (about 1/3 of them):

LXX/Old Greek (verse numbers from Alfred Rahlfs' 1935 edition) Brenton's Engish Translation (verse numbers are standard for English langage bibles except in some cases)
(Psa 115:2) ἐγὼ εἶπα ἐν τῇ ἐκστάσει μου πᾶς ἄνθρωπος ψεύστης (Psa 116:11) And I said in mine amazement, Every man is a liar.
(Psa 50:6) ὅπως ἂν δικαιωθῇς ἐν τοῖς λόγοις σου καὶ νικήσῃς ἐν τῷ κρίνεσθαί σε (Psa 51:4) that thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged
The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They have corrupted themselves, and become abominable in their devices; there is none that does goodness, there is not even so much as one. 2 The Lord looked down from heaven upon the sons of men, to see if there were any that understood, or sought after god. 3 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become good for nothing, there is none that does good, no not one
(Psa 5:10) ὅτι οὐκ ἔστιν ἐν τῷ στόματι αὐτῶν ἀλήθεια ἡ καρδία αὐτῶν ματαία τάφος ἀνεῳγμένος ὁ λάρυγξ αὐτῶν ταῖς γλώσσαις αὐτῶν ἐδολιοῦσαν (Psa 5:9) For there is no truth in their mouth; their heart is vain; their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit.
(Psa 139:4) ἠκόνησαν γλῶσσαν αὐτῶν ὡσεὶ ὄφεως ἰὸς ἀσπίδων ὑπὸ τὰ χείλη αὐτῶν διάψαλμα (Psa 140:3) They have sharpened their tongue as the tongue of a serpent; the poison of asps is under their lips
(Psa 9:28) ἠκόνησαν γλῶσσαν αὐτῶν ὡσεὶ ὄφεως ἰὸς ἀσπίδων ὑπὸ τὰ χείλη αὐτῶν διάψαλμα (Psa 10:7) Whose mouth is full of cursing, and bitterness, and fraud: under his tongue are trouble and pain
(Psa 35:2) φησὶν ὁ παράνομος τοῦ ἁμαρτάνειν ἐν ἑαυτῷ οὐκ ἔστιν φόβος θεοῦ ἀπέναντι τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν αὐτοῦ (Psa 36:1) For the end, by David the servant of the Lord. The transgressor, that he may sin, says within himself, that there is no fear of God before his eyes
(Psa 142:2) καὶ μὴ εἰσέλθῃς εἰς κρίσιν μετὰ τοῦ δούλου σου ὅτι οὐ δικαιωθήσεται ἐνώπιόν σου πᾶς ζῶν (Psa 143:2) And enter not into judgment with thy servant, for in thy sight shall no living (being) be justified
(Psa 31:1-2) τῷ Δαυιδ συνέσεως μακάριοι ὧν ἀφέθησαν αἱ ἀνομίαι καὶ ὧν ἐπεκαλύφθησαν αἱ ἁμαρτίαι. 2 μακάριος ἀνήρ οὗ οὐ μὴ λογίσηται κύριος ἁμαρτίαν (Psa 32:1-2) A Psalm of instruction by David. Blessed are they whose transgressions are forgiven, and who sins are covered. 2 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin
(Psa 40:14) εὐλογητὸς κύριος ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἰῶνος καὶ εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα γένοιτο γένοιτο (Psa 41:13) Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. So be it, so be it.
(Hos 2:25) καὶ σπερῶ αὐτὴν ἐμαυτῷ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐλεήσω τὴν Οὐκ-ἠλεημένην καὶ ἐρῶ τῷ Οὐ λαῷ μου λαός μου εἶ σύ καὶ αὐτὸς ἐρεῖ κύριος ὁ θεός μου εἶ σύ (Hos 2:23) And I will sow her to me on the earth; and will love her that was not loved, and will say to that which was not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art the Lord my God.
(Hos 2:1b) καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῷ τόπῳ οὗ ἐρρέθη αὐτοῖς οὐ λαός μου ὑμεῖς ἐκεῖ κληθήσονται υἱοὶ θεοῦ ζῶντος (Hos 1:10b) and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said to them, Ye are not my people, even they shall be called the sons of the living God.
(Hos 2:1a) καὶ ἦν ὁ ἀριθμὸς τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ ὡς ἡ ἄμμος τῆς θαλάσσης ἣ οὐκ ἐκμετρηθήσεται οὐδὲ ἐξαριθμηθήσεται (Hos 1:10a) Yet the number of the children of Israel was as the sand of the sea, which shall not be measured nor numbered:
(Joe 3:5) καὶ ἔσται πᾶς ὃς ἂν ἐπικαλέσηται τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου σωθήσεται ὅτι ἐν τῷ ὄρει Σιων καὶ ἐν Ιερουσαλημ ἔσται ἀνασῳζόμενος καθότι εἶπεν κύριος καὶ εὐαγγελιζόμενοι οὓς κύριος προσκέκληται (Joe 2:32) And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved: for in mount Sion and in Jerusalem shall the saved one be as the Lord has said, and they that have glad tidings preached to them, whom the Lord has called.
(Nah 2:1) ἰδοὺ ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη οἱ πόδες εὐαγγελιζομένου καὶ ἀπαγγέλλοντος εἰρήνην (Nah 1:15) Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that brings glad tidings, and publishes peace!
(Psa 18:5) εἰς πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν ἐξῆλθεν ὁ φθόγγος αὐτῶν καὶ εἰς τὰ πέρατα τῆς οἰκουμένης τὰ ῥήματα αὐτῶν ἐν τῷ ἡλίῳ ἔθετο τὸ σκήνωμα αὐτοῦ (Psa 19:4) Their voice is gone out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.
(Deu 29:3) καὶ οὐκ ἔδωκεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῖν καρδίαν εἰδέναι καὶ ὀφθαλμοὺς βλέπειν καὶ ὦτα ἀκούειν ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης (Deu 29:4) Yet the Lord God has not given you a heart to know, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, until this day.
(Psa 34:8) ἐλθέτω αὐτοῖς παγίς ἣν οὐ γινώσκουσιν καὶ ἡ θήρα ἣν ἔκρυψαν συλλαβέτω αὐτούς καὶ ἐν τῇ παγίδι πεσοῦνται ἐν αὐτῇ (Psa 35:8) Let a snare which they know not come upon them; and the trap which they hid take them; and let them fall into the very same snare.
(Psa 68:24) σκοτισθήτωσαν οἱ ὀφθαλμοὶ αὐτῶν τοῦ μὴ βλέπειν καὶ τὸν νῶτον αὐτῶν διὰ παντὸς σύγκαμψον (Psa 69:23) Let their eyes be darkened that they should not see; and bow down their back continually.
(Psa 13:7) τίς δώσει ἐκ Σιων τὸ σωτήριον τοῦ Ισραηλ ἐν τῷ ἐπιστρέψαι κύριον τὴν αἰχμαλωσίαν τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀγαλλιάσθω Ιακωβ καὶ εὐφρανθήτω Ισραηλ (Psa 14:7) Who will bring the salvation of Israel out of Sion? when the Lord brings back the captivity of his people, let Jacob exult, and Israel be glad.
(MT Job 41:3) מִ֣י הִ֭קְדִּימַנִי וַאֲשַׁלֵּ֑ם תַּ֖חַת כָּל־הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם לִי־הֽוּא׃ (RSV Job 41:11) Who has given to me, that I should repay him? Whatever is under the whole heaven is mine.
(Rahlfs Job 41:3) ἢ τίς ἀντιστήσεταί μοι καὶ ὑπομενεῖ εἰ πᾶσα ἡ ὑπ᾽ οὐρανὸν ἐμή ἐστιν (Brenton Job 41:2) Or who will resist me, and abide, since the whole world under heaven is mine?
(Psa 116:1) αλληλουια αἰνεῖτε τὸν κύριον πάντα τὰ ἔθνη ἐπαινέσατε αὐτόν πάντες οἱ λαοί (Psa 117:1) Alleluia. Praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise him, all ye peoples.

That passage in Job was especially difficult. The Ch/vs citations that were set apart in bold type in UBS2 and/or found in the margin of NA-27 sometimes differed between each other, apparently referring to the numbering of whatever original language version the editors were used to using in Germany.
