BTW: Beit Hillel dates from the end of the first century BCE, i.e., 30BCE-20CE, and would certainly have been familiar with Tobit 4:15.

Yes, Tobit 4:15 - "what you hate, do not do to others." would have been another quote from Judaism, and an earlier source.
