No really, I mean it. Please take the parts of the debate over ID that aren't relevant to CNN coverage to the other thread in this forum, where the same debate is currently taking place. There's no need for two threads for the very same discussion.

Pangloss, saying that there are all sorts of fellows, including agnostics, on the ID camp, is different from saying there all sorts of fellows, including agnostics, on a "list of fellows". You do get off on those little sleight of hands don't you?
Sorry, I should have been more clear.

Perhaps if I had capitalized Fellows?

Anyway, none of the folks you have in mind Fellows of anything, or even scientists by any sytretch, so my case is made.

Really which ones?
For starters, the one I detail in my Amazon.com review, the one wherein he lops off the qualifier "the clonal theory" from a quote that he then uses as his centerpiece for claiming that there is a 'crisis' in molecular phylogeny.

Refusing to consider context is a common creationist/IDiot tactic.

If re-wording the obvious is necessary, so be it.

Though Prin has already done so, I will do it again:

Has any IDiot even written a grant proposal for a research program whose goal was to test ID hypotheses?

Is that better? Can we move on now?

Principia,

If that is your question to me, I am unaware of any research grant proposals done by IDers for the explicit purpose of concluding ID, but then, who would they submit it to? There is no ID lab that exists, when one was attempted to be made at Baylor, the effort was shot down.
Are you claiming that Dembski was tring to set up a 'lab'?
What, exactly, would HE do in a 'lab'? Bibles and calculators do not require lab space.

Of course, you just shot yourself in the foot.

Why would ID research need its own special, lab, when it purports to be a replacement for evolutionary 'orthodoxy'?

What special equipment would an ID lab need that a molecular biology lab does not have?
