At the bottom of the last link is this:

Since I do not consider the information to be a BLESSING, I wonder if I can make a negative contribution?

According to the Fox article, the teacher is a dyed-in-the-wool YEC. I'd like to know how the hell he got a masters in biology education as a YEC? ICR now granting master's degrees?
Trust me on this: getting a Master's in Biology Education doesn't require a very thorough knowledge of biology. When I was living in North Carolina, I taught a number of people who were working on getting teaching certificates to teach high school-level biology.

At that time at least, to get the teaching certificate, a student only had to take two college-level biology courses, plus a number of education courses. (In my experience, most "Education" courses are an utter waste of time, but that's another matter.) For their two biology courses, most took only the most introductory courses possible ("Biology for the Braindead," as some of us referred to these courses). I dealt with several of these future high school biology teachers who were unabashed and unashamed Young Earth Creationists.

And they wonder why our high school students are so poorly educated?

Cheers,

Michael

Did you know that evolution is made impossible by the 2nd law of thermodynamics? A new and never before seen argument for ya. <img src="graemlins/banghead.gif" border="0" alt="[Bang Head]" />

Here's another pile of slander:
