From what I've gathered, the USPS has specifically changed the law so that "suite" can no longer be used. The reason is that many people used MailBoxes etc. addresses to make it look like they had a physical address when they didn't, and it was thus being used by confidence tricksters. Knowing what I now know about that "corporation" that you linked to, I wouldn't trust them. MBE has fought against the new regulations (unfortunately a lot of their business does come from scam artists) but the regulations were enacted anyway. Many of the local MBEs either haven't gotten word yet, or are simply disregarding the law.

As for ISCID, I willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. What they should have done is to have made it clear that the Princeton contact was just a mailing address and not a physical office. Furthermore, they should have stressed that they're not affiliated with Princeton U. in any way. Had they done this there would be no reason to laugh at them.
