You're right on that one. Can't stand the animation. Too fricken cutsey pie. Haven't watched any Anime on a regular basis since "Star Blazers", back in the early 80's.
I won't comment on the Anime thing anymore, lest my posts get banished to R,R&P!
Personally, I find the concept of an unknown hominid living in the mountains of Oregon to be far mor likely, {though still doubtful}, then giant beings who came into being because angels got the hots for mortal earth women.
