Whelp, Ebay cancelled the auction today.

It had a bid! At least, I think it did. I got a bid notice in e-mail, but it had been cancelled before I could look at it. Cancelled means removed, too, so I can't even look at it's history.

Bummer. E-mail didn't say who had bid either.

Rats. I wish I could afford that much. If I had won, would you re-convert to atheism? (Can you do that twice?)

It was "Buy my Conversion"

"I will convert to the religion of your choice"

Minimum bid: $100,000
Buy it Now: $150,000

So what reason did Ebay give for removing the auction? You were offering a service, after all.

They said they do not allow novelty auctions, and I could not be serious.

I have been given no say in the matter, they will not discuss it.
