Sorry for the late reply .... My stupid Admin still locked this site because it kept generating some sort of error in their monitoring system (which they use to make sure staffs are doing their work and not play around all the time). I guess I should be going straight to the Boss with this.

I already gave you one the first time you asked me to explain this. These planes are light machines with heavy engines that set up a constant vibration. You must use both hands and both feet to work the controls. Any change in the stresses and strains on the body of the plane are transmitted to your hands, feet, legs and butt by the vibrations. The nerve endings transmit these vibrations to your spinal column and from your spinal column to your brain. Any change in altitude is accompanied by a change in air pressure which is felt by nerves in your ears. These nerves transmit the information to your brain.
It is not necessary to check (or even have) your instruments with your eyes because you already know what is happening through your sense of touch.

So all this supposed to create a illusion that you are flying outside the plane?

I have been speeding in the highway and I have yet to feel anything like that. I have felt the different in the road when it is not smooth, full of holes or rocks and when my car's tires don't have enough air in it. But not the kind of effect which caused illusion-like feelings.

You don't however feel that it is you who is going 160 mph and not a piece of machine simply because that is not true. The machine carries you and there should be some explaination on why you having this flying by the seat of your pants feelings.

Now ... I felt been pushed backward by the momentum as I speed forward, other than that, nothing. Why? What seems to be the problem here?

That's DOCTOR Scientist to you. Do you mean to say that you did not feel your body, with the car around it accelerate? Inertia doesn't press your body into the seat as you increase speed?
If your body isn't moving try not wearing your seat belts for a while.

Whatever ...
Yeah, I did felt that. Been pushed backward.

I can't for the life of me understand what you are trying to do here. Are you confused because in English the word "feel" means not only the sense of touch but also emotions? I know that you have an astonishing lack of education--the fact that you repeatedly claim western invasion a thousand years ago highlights that. Or are you just trying to focus attention away from your superstitious claims in the hopes that we will forget about them until a future generation?

Me? Trying to divert you? Looks who's talking. I'm not the one who decided not to answer all the questions from my post earlier.

And I'm still waiting for my question whether it is true or not that Scientists been send to forests like in Africa etc to find things which they could use to make money in the west. IF There is anyone trying to divert attention here, it's you.

It is enjoyable to watch you two slap each other around, but I think you've chased Hinduwoman away from her own thread. That's sad, because I really like her posts, also. Oh well.

I have no quarrel with Biff. His belief is his to have, I won't judge him or anyone for that.
However, you right. We seems to have chased Hinduwoman away. My apologize to her.

You asked what the term "flying by the seat of your pants" means. I told you what it meant, I told you how it physically works. Nobody said anything about illusions of flying outside of the plane.
Do you suffer from reading comprehension difficulties?

I was in Africa only a few weeks ago. All the Western Scientists I met there were doing wonderful work. Your question was so vague that I can take it as nothing more than a continuation of the anti-intellectualism and racism that has characterized your blurbs so far, and so have dismissed it. If you would care to make specific claims we can address them.

Huh! What? Who? The western drugs that are saving your life are the product of research, of testing and "blind" testing. None of them is the product of faith, emotion or the supernatural. None of them have anything to do with gods, devils or any mumbo jumbo. To attack these brilliant people who are saving you and yours marks you as an ingrate. Next time you fall ill try a witch doctor instead, maybe you'll like them better.
