Coming from the Covering up Women thread, I suspect that the defendant has been continuing his mischief under the alias "Allah".

Move for injunction against any and all divine interference on the mortal plane, until such time as this trial is completed.

I propose a clone of the defendant is created to keep the evil deity under control.

Any chance we can get a new trial moving on this one. There was an assurance of a speedy trial, but we need a new judge, prosecution, and defense....I hazard to guess that I couldn't be the judge, due to a prior relationship with the accused, but I'd be happy to co-counsel.

My understanding is that the trial was cancelled after it was determined that the defendant did not in fact exist.

Actually, I think we pre-supposed existance for the exercise.
