I stumbled upon this today. I didn't know they were maintaining full websites such as these!

References to this web site pop up periodically. It appears to be owned and maintained by a solitary nut and his son. It is not evidence of a vast movement.

The site slanders atheists on his page titled "Exposing the Atheist".

You can judge the quality of this site from the Editorial, with all of its language errors and politically incorrect sentiment, entitled THE SELF-CENTEREDNESS OF "GOD BLESS AMERICA" SIGNS", in which he warns True Christians against saying "God Bless America", and says "For true Christians to fly the ameican flag is like Lot flying the flag of Sodom."

{edited to remove quote from his site - his attempt to forbid fair use is probably legally invalid, but why test it.}

It's really a shocking website. Read the 'Justice Watch' section. It looks like just about every crime deserves the death penalty or 'an eye for an eye' type justice according to this wacko.

The interesting thing is this idiot claims to be an ex-atheist. I really wonder how badly someone's mind has to snap to go from being an atheist to being a bible-thumping fundamentalist traitor.

(I call him a traitor because it's obvious that he wants to tear up the U.S. Constitution and set up a theocracy that would make the Taliban proud.)

I also <a href="http://www.tencommandments.org/copyright.html" target="_blank">notice</a> he's quite willing to re-write U.S. Copyright law to his liking:

Quote:
By accessing this site, you agree to waive all rights to "fair us" of any material on this site except by written permission by Robert T. Lee, and you agree that if use is made by you without permission, you agree to be made legally liable by Robert T. Lee or his relations in a court of law. You agree that all present use of material from this site which is being used without written permission from Robert T. Lee shall immediately cease or fall in line with this agreement, and all none compliance to this agreement shall make you liable.
Just how can you legally require someone to waive the 'fair use' provision?

Although the 'anti-blasphemy' provision is the really funny part.

Fundies often use a very loose definition of "atheist" so they can qualify as ex-atheists; a more likely hypothesis is that he had earlier been indifferent to religion without rejecting it outright.

I was so shocked by this site I also posted a thread about it. He wrote some ugly stuff about September 11th. It's so bad it almost seems like a joke. I notice he doesn't update much.

He's using the same logic as 'shrink wrap' software licenses... (open this packet and you are bound by these instructions that you can't see until you... open the packet.)

It would probably stand up in court about as long too... except that he doesn't have the cash (I'm guessing) to fight as long and hard as software companies do. (Standard IANAL disclaimer.)

I think <a href="http://www.jesus-is-lord.com" target="_blank">this</a> is worse, if only for the bollocks about James I.

With an author name like "Robert T. Lee" you can imagine how this person feels about certain other issues as well.

To a fundie an atheist could be someone that missed going to church a couple of Sundays hehe.

Anyway, that guy is just another moronic fundie twit - like Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, and others.
