I think Hovind's outstanding warrant is for an unpermitted public building. I think there's some particular amount of time he has to get his permit after the issuance of the citation before they will serve the warrant. I don't know if it's a felony or not.

Yes, and WHAT a lucky coincidence he just happened to be driving down that road right then.

So if Hovind is renting a house to tenants, what's all this stuff about him not owning any property and hence not having to pay property tax? Wonder if he's up to date with the property tax on his rental.

Another equaly valid question on those lines: why was he acting so...bizarrely? I mean, he's supposed to be a good image, but that is more like Denis Rodman.
