Wink

I can prove Jesus wasn't a liar or a lunatic. He was Lord, and therefore would not have such negative attributes. Ergo, he told the truth when he said he was God.

Grumpy, it is hard to spoof Christians without being mistaken for one because many Christian beliefs really are quite wacky. If it weren't for the winking face, I would think you were serious.

""""Fine, then prove it. """"""

Thats an easy one.

The Bible says Jesus is Lord. The Bible says God can't lie. God wrote the Bible and the Bible says he can't lie. Thus Jesus is Lord.

Thats just a basic proof. I like to spice it up:

The Bible says Jesus is Lord. The Bible says God can't lie. The Bible says Jesus is God. Jesus says Jesus is God. God wrote the Bible and the Bible says he can't lie. Thus Jesus wrote the Bible cause he is God. So Jesus says he is Lord and since he is Lord he can't lie. Also since the Bible says he can't lie and he wrote the Bible we have further proof.

I like the spiced up version. Aside from being a formal proof based upon valid premises and argumentum, like the first, it contains eyewitness testimony from Jesus himself. Couple that with the Biblical references and we have multiple attestation baby!

Refute that

I talk to Satan and believe I have the power to call down fire from Heaven if needed, and nobody has ever questioned my sanity.

The Bible says Jesus is Lord.
The Bible is not true.

The Bible says God can't lie.
See above.

God wrote the Bible and the Bible says he can't lie.
God did not write the Bible. See above.

Man, that was tough.
