I'd suggest Schneewind and Wittgenstein's Lecture On Ethics, the latter seemingly having been overlooked in the focus on the Tractatus and Investigations.

I have that book, but I haven't read it in full. I'm just 1/3 into that book. Hoping to finish that before the end of summer.
