Alittle off topic but did you hear about the latest in tissue imaging using quantum dots? I'd like to see a super high res map of the capillary structure of the brain.

That's the first I've seen of this sort of imaging. Very impressive! I'm all for improvements in imaging, if only for the "gee whiz" factor that they add to papers. And it goes without saying that this sort of technology has a lot of potential for improving our understanding of the brain.
