I think we can assume that Ballisongsong hasn’t been very impressed with the replies he got, or else he posted and went to church and hasn’t come out yet.
The questions he might ask is what sort of people need answers to that list of question? And why some people, like me, don’t?
That really IS interesting.
He might ask them but he won’t.
He thinks his religion gives him the answers he wants, but that’s because he doesn’t ask enough questions.
Q. “Why is there anything at all?” A. Because God created it. Q Why did God create it? OK. Why DID God create it?
Q. Where does man come from and where does he go? A. God created man and he goes to Heaven or Hell. Q. Why?
Q. What is the ultimate ground and meaning of all reality? A. All reality was created by God to serve His purpose. Q. What purpose? A. So that Man, whom he made in his image, might live, die, be judged and go to Heaven or Hell.
Q. Why?
Q. What is the meaning of the whole? A. The meaning is provided by God’s purpose. Q. What purpose (see above),
Q. What is left for us: death, which makes everything pointless at the end? A. Death is not the end, it is a transition from life to Heaven or Hell. Q. Why?
Q. Is there something that sustains us in all the hollowness, which never permits us to despair? A. The Bible and the knowledge of God’s love and Christ’s forgiveness. Q. Why do so many Christians lead such desperate lives? Q. Why are they forever looking for affirmation? Q. Why are they incapable of realising that some people simply cannot believe the same stuff that they do? Q. Why do they need their faith to be reinforced constantly by talking about it, singing about it, hearing about it? Q. Why can they behave so badly to each other?

Q. WHAT OUGHT WE DO? A. Believe in Jesus Christ. Praise God. Go to Church. Say prayers. Sing hymns, Read the Bible. Listen to sermons. Q. Why?
A. because then you will go to Heaven. Q. Where is Heaven? Q. What is Heaven. Q. Will I meet Christians there, and what if they are the sort of Christians I can’t stand? Q. And who said anything about Heaven actually existing, apart from people who believe it does?

Yes, it is, and it's a question I've asked of myself and in other threads. If so many people crave these answers - to the point that they feel it's self-evident that the answers must exist, why don't I have that same craving? Is it a function of my brain-wiring, or is it something about my upbringing?

I'm not being facetious when I say "why ask why?" I'm serious. I just don't wonder much about those questions, and I am satisfied with the possibility that the questions are meaningless and answerless. That possibility seems clean and reasonable - and even likely.

After giving this post a careful and indepth examination, and seriously considering the questions asked, I have reached the following
conclusion.

Lightbulb

I never realized how profound all those questions are.

Where am I?
What do you want?
Whose side are you on?
Who are you?
Who is Number One?

And then there is the question, where is balisongsong to provide answers for us?

Another important question is, do we care?
