Why hasn't anyone ever challenged the Constitutional order that put "under God" in there in the first place? Or have they and I just missed it?

Wow, this is *fantastic* news!!

But at the bottom of the CNN article, it said that the 9th Circuit court is the most liberal in the US, and the one with the most number of decisions overturned...

This would be a close one on the Supreme Court, I think.
