Problem is Magus------How do you know that for sure? Seems like there is very little indication of what heaven will be like in the Bible. (But then again, I am no Biblical expert)

At least give me beaucoup verses in the Bible to support that notion. (And don't read into verses what you want to.)

Until you do, I am going to assume there is a virtual orgy going on in Heaven.

One big family . . . So sex is forbidden because it would be incestuous? No, that can't be it, God didn't have a problem with that earlier on. I've heard people say he didn't mind it because the less degenerated bodies of the earlier humans weren't as affected by incest, but I seem to remember you saying we'd have perfect bodies in heaven.

But sometimes, I'm inclined to believe that the incest effects were working in full force since Adam and Eve.

Let me throw some fuzzy logic at you:
Heaven, or at least God (who residen in heaven, after all) are the source of pretty much everything good on this humble earth, correct?
Sex feels good and is acceptable even to high christian standards when practised in moderation. I don't think we need to argue on this one.
Unless sex suddenly starts feeling bad if you've never fapped in your life and waited until your honeymoon, I don't see why it would be forbidden in heaven.

Well, that depends on the people you're having it with. Sex with people too frigid/brainwashed to appreciate it certainly would be disgusting, though I would hope that god gives one the choice of stopping the loathed activity perhaps half-way through eternity, if that's at all possible.

Wtf is so disgusting about sex? Without sex there is no life, I'd have to say that that point alone makes sex the most important and therefore best thing in the universe. If it wasn't so great people wouldn't have worhipped the vagina and you wouldn't have your crazy little christian fish symbol .

Amazing since birth control and abortions are considered sins and pregnancy and motherhood seem to be the preferred conditions of women. I would almost guess that women in heaven would perpetually be getting pregnant and having children. Parternity could be divine since there is a precedence with jesus.

Well, the specifics were "no new children". Perhaps there are plenty of old children, though I'm not sure what age a child has to pass to be considered old.

Or maybe these are second-hand children, albeit still in reasonable condition?

I'm still wondering what God's rationale is for not permitting marriages to continue in heaven. Does sex - even between people married to each other - make him angry or jealous? How does he plan to compensate people for the transmutation of their spouses, lovers and intimate confidantes into sexless siblings?

In any case, there is marriage in heaven, the marriage of the Lamb to all the Christians (and dozens of fundamentalist sites will back me up on that one). Perhaps this is why other marriages are forbidden. Jesus doesn't want you lusting after anyone except Him.
