Abortion is legal because people think that just because we have the technology to do something to help people that don't know how to help themselves, we should use that technology.

No, abortion is legal because the rights of the mother, to wit, her privacy and her physical and psychological health, defeat the purported rights of the fetus.

That's kind of an all encompassing statement, m00ner. Are there any situations in which you would consider abortion to be justifiable? I'm asking to just get a better understanding of where you stand on the issue.

I don't agree with Homocide in self-defense, unless there's absolutley NO other option.

First time for everything I guess...

But I guess that the person should make every option possible to just disable the attempted-murderer. Maybe there should be manditory military training so that a person can be taught how to act in such a situation where something like homicide in self-defense can be prevented.
