Hey Camaban,

To the first question: At the very least I would think I was irrelevant.

To the second: If I was god I don’t think I would need anyone to defend me, nor would I care if anyone did. I certainly wouldn’t hang around here. I call myself Starboy because I am an amateur astronomer. Have you ever spent any time under the stars with a telescope and taken a tour of the local universe. If you look at the emerging maps of the structure of the universe it looks like foam. Sort of like the foam that is suspected to exist in the structure of space on the smallest scale. This structure could very well have been imprinted on the universe at the very earliest moments of its creation, and now we are viewing as if the entire universe were a giant three-dimensional photographic enlargement. If I were god I suspect that I would think on a really grand scale. On that scale humans are just small potatoes.

That's about the best come back I've heard here!

you're all determined to be difficult, aren't you?

OK, LET ME TRY AGAIN!

If you were a god that felt INCREDIBLY insecure and is INCREDIBLY vain, like the Judaic god seems to be.

Sorry Camaban

I am not trying to be difficult. If it will make you happy, tell me what you want to hear and I will spit it back at you.

OK Camaban,

A little slow on the uptake, but I get it now. I would pick:

Al Einstein <img src="graemlins/notworthy.gif" border="0" alt="[Not Worthy]" />

And my reasons would be that Al used to tell god what to do all the time, and he was jewish. Couldn't pick Stephen, he doesn't believe in god. What kind of spokesman would that be? Don't know anything about Horvind, but by all acounts he sounds like a moron.

On the other hand, a true god would have said "yep, that guy's gonna be intelligent, now to beat him around with the 'theist stick' (like the ugly stick, but more damaging) and get him praising my name"

OK. So I'm insecure and vain. I'm also all-powerful.

Why would I choose any feeble human to represent me at all? I'd manifest myself on Earth and kick butt, instead.

A true god wouldn't give a F***! It would be like you wondering which one of the bacteria in your culture could speak for you, except even more extreme than that. I am sure the thought would not even cross god's mind. But hey, I'm not Al Einstein and I don't speak for god!
