If Marcion wrote the Epistles then we would not expect him to refer to a non-existing Paul.

It is not logical that Marcion would claim Paul alone knew the truth but that Marcion himself knew the truth.

It is claimed in writings attributed to Justin that people of antiquity thought Marcion knew the truth--Not Paul.

First Apology
Quote:
And, as we said before, the devils put forward Marcion of Pontus, who is even now teaching men to deny that God is the maker of all things in heaven and on earth, and that the Christ predicted by the prophets is His Son, and preaches another god besides the Creator of all, and likewise another son.

And this man many have believed, as if he alone knew the truth, and laugh at us...
The Truth according to Marcion was that the God of the Jews was NOT the maker of all things and that Christ was NOT the Son of God.

Marcion's Truth about God contradicts the Pauline letters.

The dating of Paul is far later than previously thought.

There is no credible evidence that Marcion ever claimed Paul knew the truth.

Many of antiquity believe Marcion ALONE knew the Truth--Marcion alone.
