The remains of giant humans have been discovered so I think the word "myth" is not appropriate here.
So if you consider these giants to be human why do you claim that killing them is not genocide?

Note: Myth denotes the interpretation of events. Thunder exists, that doesn't mean it comes from the hammer of Thor. Large humans are observed to exist, that doesn't mean they are descendants of demons.

Default FEE-FI-FO-FUM I smell the blood of sugarhitman

Actually there is evidence for giants....

This giant got killed by a famous talking rodent:

Here is a statue of the same giant:

These two, I'm not convinced yet, but they might be giants:

The giants in the Bible were killed by the Israeli's because they had anal sex with the unicorns.

First of all this is not a thread about whether these stories are true or not, but about the biblical account of Jews dispossessing the Nephilim who are said by the texts to be the seed of rebellious angels.

If this is true (I believe it is) then the accusation is inaccurate we see by the texts that God was ridding the world of beings genetically tarnished and not just killing "innocent people because they had different cultures."

It is not established in standard Judeo-Christian mythology that the Caananites where of Nephilim descent. That is a particular interpretation. But that interpretation is irrelevant to non-Christians, so it is rather pointless for you to argue against genocide using that argument. If the biblical stories represent a historical event (which many doubt, considering the Hebrews as Caananites themselves), then for non-Christians, which don't believe in demons, it is a description of genocide of humans.

Note: It wasn't the 'Jews' (which didn't exist then) it was the Hebrews/Israelites. Get your mythology straight.

I observe that you are not remembering that people here don't believe in god. So you saying that is absurd.

Read Josha's wars Canaan was filled with the Nephilim. These people were allied to and had mingled with these giants according to the text. This mingling produced the flood, this mingling brought judgement on all nations who mingled with the Anakims, Ammorites etc. in Canaan.

Even if you don't believe the stories the stories are about Israelites and other Adamic peoples displacing the Nephilim and those allied with them.....and not some campaign against "innocent nations" there was nothing innocent about them.

Jews, Israelites, Hebrews etc are the same, for Jews are Israelites.

How do you know that the "guests" don't believe in God? You don't so there.

If I don't believe the stories then they are just quaint fairy tales.

If someone believes in god he doesn't need the Caananites to be presented as half-demons, since he already believes god can do whatever he pleases with anyone, be it the "wicked" or the "just" (like Job).
