Thank you for taking time to post in this thread I started. It would have been even better if the post you made had some kind of relevance to the topic of the thread. Unfortunately it didn't. Often I ask myself, "Do believers actually read and understand these arguments, or do they simply see something written as an attack on their beliefs and respond by blathering about how their beliefs are true?"

My current reigning hypothesis is the latter, and you are yet another data point in support of that hypothesis.

Just to show that I did indeed read your post and understand it. Jesus is divine and can do miracles; check. Now, if Jesus can forgive a man's sins simply by saying "you are forgiven", doesn't that conflict with the idea that sin can only be forgiven by bloodshed? Please give a yes or no and most importantly, support your answer with a rational argument and/or evidence.
