Default author of the epistle to the roman

hello everyone, here I would want to know if this is Paul the author of the epistle to the Roman ones for a passage of the épitre indisputably Christian theology, it is a matter of roman one 1 v 23-25 : And they changed the glory of the incorruptible God in pictures representing corruptible lçhomme, birds, quadrupèdes, and reptiles.

1:24 Cçest why God delivered them to lçimpureté, according to the lusts of their hearts; in sort quçils disgrace themselves their own bodies;

1:25 them that changed the truth of God in lie, and that loved and served the creature instead of the Creator, that is blessed eternally. Amen!

thank you for the information !!!
