Pretty much in order:

Mark - the earliest synoptic, and you can almost see a human Jesus hidden in there somewhere

Revelation - one of the major causes of me giving up Christianity

Genesis - Great early telling of all the "why is it so" questions that kids ask their parents. Daddy, what is a rainbow, why don't snakes have legs, hoiw come some people talk different...(admittedly Kipling did it better)

Exodus - "Tall tales and true of a legendary past" (and I don't even remember which TV show that quote came from - could have been Wyatt Earp)

Job - God and Satan having a friendly bet over coffee makes me laugh, although the morality of the whole thing is pretty sick.

I don't mind dipping into Proverbs either - but not to "read", just to look up the odd... uuummm... proverb.

Song of Solomon always made me giggle.

I wonder what a certain lady would say, if I used parts of it as compliments in intimate moments:

"Oh baby, your teeth is like a flock of sheep".

"...What?"

"You know, they're tight and in place?"

"WHAT?"

"And-and-and they're all white, I mean there's no black ones or anything and..."

I have always found Revelation a bit hard going maybe it should be read having taken drugs on an industrial scale though.
Ruth and then Judith I would say ,Judith in particular being a decent enough "spy story" really (but not all Bibles appear to have that one in them )

"Your neck is like the Chrysler building! Your hair, your hair is like goats descending the Chrysler building, crowding the elevator and being simply gorgeous! Your breasts, too, are ruminants. Graceful ones. Sexy ones. Possibly rabbits."

Seconded. I thought Ezekiel had some fairly nifty and evocative imagery, until I read Revelation. Hot. Damn.

In terms of enjoyable reading, none of them. Generally speaking, the parts of the Bible that don't irritate me just bore me.
